1. Services Offered

Epzalon offers professional photography and visual media services tailored to the built environment — including architectural, interior, product, and construction-related imagery and Plans.

All services are subject to availability and are defined clearly within project proposals, quotations, or service agreements.

2. Booking and Cancellations

• Booking:
  All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email. A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Cancellations:
  If you cancel a confirmed booking:

  • More than 72 hours before the scheduled date: no cancellation fee.

  • Less than 72 hours: 25% cancellation fee may apply.

  • Same-day cancellation or no-show: up to 50% of the agreed fee may be charged.

Rescheduling is permitted based on mutual availability.

3. Payments and Fees

• All pricing will be clearly stated in advance via quote or service package.

• Payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

• Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month overdue.

We reserve the right to withhold final delivery of images or content until full payment is received.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

• Epzalon retains full copyright ownership of all images, videos, and media created.

• Upon full payment, clients receive a usage license that permits the use of the content for agreed-upon purposes (e.g., marketing, web, print, social media).

• Media may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed without prior written consent.

• Epzalon reserves the right to display the work for promotional use (e.g., portfolio, website, social media, or exhibitions), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project information and access to the location(s).

• Ensure that any necessary permissions (e.g., property access, third-party approvals) are secured in advance.

• Be present or designate a contact person on-site if required.

6. Delivery and Revisions

• Edited imagery is typically delivered within 7–10 working days, unless otherwise agreed.

• Minor revisions (e.g., color correction, cropping) are included. Substantial edits or reshoots may incur additional costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality service and content:

• Epzalon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

• In the unlikely event of service failure (e.g., technical faults, weather disruption), liability is limited to a full or partial refund at our discretion.

8. Website Content

All content on www.epzalon.com — including imagery, text, and branding — is the intellectual property of Epzalon and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

We do our best to keep the website accurate and up to date but do not guarantee its completeness or suitability for any purpose.

9. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
